Responsible solutions start from within.
ESG and responsibility take centre stage
In 2023, we embarked on a journey to integrate sustainability into the core of our business. Using the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles as a starting point, we created a solid framework for the process of developing a sustainability strategy. This framework has helped us to identify and select the highest priority ESG initiatives, so that in our work with responsibility we focus on both climate and social impacts in the value chain and not least our own working environment.
For us, it makes sense to prioritize our ESG efforts within the four areas of responsibility where we have the greatest impact: Products, operations, value chain and corporate governance.
When we understand how the choice of materials, design, and production impact the environment, climate, and the people in the value chain, we are better equipped to advise our customers to make informed decisions, regardless of the product need.
By working with responsibility in our daily work, we experience a significant boost in job satisfaction and knowledge level. It has given an extra dynamism to our desire to consistently strive for improvement.
