A crunchy classic
The small town of Leksand, north west of Stockholm, is world-renowned for its crispbread. Our collaboration with Leksands began in 2015, and we have been involved in developing new products and adding an extra touch in the form of wooden details that beautifully complement the metal tins.
Our challenge was to elevate an established and international brand with packaging that is just as recognisable and iconic as the crispbread’s paper wrapping, without it overshadowing the sound quality of the product.

When shape follows content
As something very unique, we created a triangular tin for Leksands. We were in close dialogue with our design developer about the construction, which demanded extra time in the development process, because its shape is anything but standard. However, we succeeded beyond all expectations, and the triangular tin has become a permanent part of the line.
Subsequently, more products have followed, allowing Leksands’ consumers the luxury of having a beautiful and wide selection to choose from when it comes to storing their crispbread.
