Corporate management based on ethics, well-being, and knowledge.
"Through effective corporate management, we take internal responsibility to create a positive external impact."
— Majbritt Møller Bengtsen, CEO – Companized
Responsible corporate management
To ensure that we possess the necessary expertise within the trade, that our employees thrive, and that we operate ethically as a company, we have chosen three internal focus areas: memberships and networking, health and well-being, and knowledge development, policies, and future legal obligations. These focus areas give us the opportunity to grow together and thereby promote responsible corporate management.
Health and well-being
Our employees’ well-being, health, and motivation are the reasons why we thrive as a company. We have chosen to work only four days a week, as we want to provide our team with the best opportunities for achieving a good work-life balance. By introducing a new structure that allows us to work more focused, we can take an extra day off each week. As a result, our team experiences increased motivation for learning, higher job satisfaction, and more time to recharge.
We can see how a four-day working week benefits both Companized as a company and our team, as well as our customers and partners. The process has not been easy and has required a great deal of effort. We are very proud to have taken this step and thankful to have a workplace where it is possible to make such big structural changes to benefit everyone.
Network: Ethical Trade Denmark
Due to our increased focus on responsible supplier management, we have joined Ethical Trade Denmark. This is an organisation that works to support ethical trade in global value chains, including respect for human rights and consideration of the environment and climate. Through this membership, we get access to comprehensive knowledge on how to handle challenges in our global value chains.
As a member of Ethical Trade Denmark, we have also pledged to comply with their 13 principles that build on international legislation and standards. Our membership serves as a reminder to expand our knowledge, among other things, by acquainting ourselves with the issues that Ethical Trade Denmark raises.

Knowledge building, policies, and future legal obligations
To establish a stable foundation for our corporate management, we developed policies in 2024 concerning environment and climate, anti-corruption and responsible sourcing. These policies involve a commitment to protect the environment, minimise our impact on the climate, and comply with social and ethical standards.
By establishing clear guidelines for our company’s actions, these policies help ensure that we fulfil our commitments to society and the environment.
