We can advise you on the different material options and product certifications. The OEKO-TEX® certification supports the use of less chemistry in the actual product and during production. GRS-certified polyester, which is polyester made from recycled consumer goods, is an alternative to new oil-based polyester.   

To help mitigate the negative environmental and social impacts associated with the production and use of polyester, we can advise you on how to label your products with information on use, maintenance, and cleaning, which can help the end consumer prolong the product's lifespan.

GRS: Global Recycled Standard

We can supply children’s textiles, soft toys, and bags that are made from certified recycled polyester, an alternative to new oil-based polyester. A Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification enables us to document and trace the recycled material.   

At Companized, we require that the recycled source comes from post-consumer waste, not just production waste. We believe this has a more effective environmental and circular value.

    • Danish Act no. 323 of 20 March 2025 on Extended Producer Responsibility for packaging (EPR). As a part of our commitment, we are a member of the collective program RETUR https://retur.dk/ and are registered with the Danish Producer Responsibility (DPA).  

    • The EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). We are preparing for its implementation.  

  • OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. It sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.
